W. David Dunn is the founding partner and president of the Columbus, MS law firm of Dunn & Hemphill, P.A. His practice includes estate planning, asset protection planning, long-term care planning, elder law, probate and administration, special needs planning for the disabled, business formation, and school law.

He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi state and federal courts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

Credentials

Mr. Dunn received his B.A. (1970) and J.D. (1974) degrees from the University of Mississippi and has been practicing law for nearly 50 years in Columbus and the North Mississippi area.
